Born in Paddington to a Jewish family, Matt Lucas is the co-creator and star of acclaimed comedy programmes Little Britain, Rock Profile and Come Fly with Me. He appeared in Doctor Who as the Doctor's cybernetic alien companion Nardole and as the human presenter of The Great British Bake Off alongside Noel Fielding.
