We are a non-profit Jewish Community Centre based in London NW3.
We receive over 200,000 visits each year to our purpose-built centre that houses a Cinema, Restaurant, Bar, Café, Nursery, and over a dozen spaces where a year-round programme of over 6,000 activities takes place, including adult education, language classes, theatre, music performances, youth programmes, after-school activities, food & drink workshops and demonstrations, parties, ‘big name’ talks and debates, films, family programmes and more. We are always keen to hear from candidates who share our vision, mission and values as an organisation.

Foodbank Coordinator (Maternity Cover, 0.8 FTE)
We are now recruiting for a Foodbank Coordinator in a maternity cover role, from mid-October 2026 to September 2027.
Working within the Learning & Engagement function, the Foodbank Coordinator plays a central role in the successful delivery of this vital community service. The role is responsible for the smooth and effective running of the weekly Foodbank, liaising with and attending to service users, working with community partners and other stakeholders and supporting the Volunteer and Engagement Coordinator with JW3’s bank of volunteers. It is a highly practical and people-focused role, helping to create a welcoming, respectful and inclusive environment for everyone who comes through our doors. The Foodbank Coordinator will also contribute to the ongoing development of the service, identifying opportunities to strengthen our provision, engage volunteers and partners, and ensure the Foodbank continues to respond to the needs of the local community.
