Joan Crawford - one of the biggest stars in the history of Hollywood.

This academy award winning actress had a 50 year career starting in silent movies and surviving the talkies in such classic films as Our Dancing Daughters, Grand Hotel, Humouresque, Sudden Fear, The Women and Mildred Pearce. A real-life "rags to riches " story, it is time to reassess her place in film history and put the record straight.

George McGhee has worked in the media for over 35 years, latterly at the BBC where he was responsible for all feature films and non-UK TV series. He is also a popular lecturer on major cruise ships.  George’s sessions regularly sell out at JW3 so we're delighted to be able to offer them to a larger audience online.
