This is the true story of Hitler's 1934 visit to a centuries-old Bavarian Passion Play; the Nazi blacksmith who played Jesus in the play; and the story of the only Jew in the village, Max Peter Meyer.
In collaboration with The Ideas Foundry, this is a showcase of work on a brand new epic piece of theatre. The piece is written and directed by Joe Harmston, with new music composed by Robert Singer and arranged by David Osmond.
This showcase will be the culmination of work with choirs, musicians and actors on the two-play saga.
If you would be interested in becoming involved as a performer, please contact Joe Harmston via JW3 (info@jw3.org.uk).
