In this workshop, author Michael Leventhal will introduce you to his new book, ‘The Chocolate King’. Learn about a 17th century story of migration as a family flees the Spanish Inquisition with nothing but the clothes on their backs and as many cocoa beans as they can carry.
He will be joined by Top Chef, David Mendes, who will be leading a hands-on chocolate workshop where you can create your own chocolate medallions and slabs.
