We are incredibly proud that JW3 is built on the core values of inclusivity and loving-kindness. As part of our commitment to these values, we are hosting an anti-racism training workshop with UNLRN.

This anti-racism training will explore the concepts of racial equity, structural racism, racist stereotypes in the media, 'professionalism', white fragility, talking about race, tone policing and intersectionality. You will learn to identify, talk about and challenge racism and its individual, interpersonal and systemic effects.

The session will be facilitated by Amber Mendez Martin and Yuliya Pankratova. Amber Mendez Martin - dual heritage Jamaican/English - is co-facilitating with UNLRN as an expert presenter of Black History and racial inequalities, with experience in the media/entertainment industry and an actor’s background. Yuliya Pankratova - a Russian immigrant with Jewish heritage - is one of the co-founders of UNLRN, and has previously worked as the director of the JOLT diversity scheme and has years of experience in the advertising industry.

UNLRN is a Equity, Diversity & Inclusion training with a personal approach and an interactive format. Our training is actionable, practical and creates a safe space in which to discuss difficult and important topics. We have worked with top companies across the globe (Europe, Asia, North America and South America), in a range of industries - from including finance (HSBC) to technology (Oracle, Netsuite), among others.
