We receive over 200,000 visits each year to our purpose-built centre that houses a Cinema, Restaurant, Bar, Café, Nursery, and over a dozen spaces where a year-round programme of over 6,000 activities takes place, including adult education, language classes, theatre, music performances, youth programmes, after-school activities, food & drink workshops and demonstrations, parties, ‘big name’ talks and debates, films, family programmes and more. We are a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee.

Digital Transformation Manager

Over the past year JW3 has made a successful two-footed leap into the world of online programming.

We have delivered life-enhancing classes to hundreds of isolated older people week on week, celebrated Jewish festivals, artists, TV, film and authors with streamed performances and discussions, nurtured regular safe spaces for online communities to support each other, created and released original recorded series' for all age groups, collaborated with theatre companies for interactive holiday camps, and engaged thousands of people live in critical debates including around the Jewish Community's response to Black Lives Matter Everywhere.

As we look to a future in which we make increasing income and impact online whilst welcoming audiences back into our physical space, our ambition is to turn our early experimental success into excellence, and to integrate digital growth into our organisational strategy.

We're looking for somebody who knows what excellent online content and events look like, who understands audience development, and whose passion is sharing and teaching that to others.

Success in this role looks like educating, inspiring and up-skilling our team of dedicated and creative programmers so that they can offer the best of JW3 to online audiences as well as in-person with increasing flair and confidence and a clear sense of direction.
