PA to CEO and COO

If you’re looking for a new role with a twist, then we want to talk to you!

We’re looking for a PA who’s willing (and able) to organise our CEO and COO – which we’ll be honest, can be a challenge at times. The role is fun, lively, and you’ll get the opportunity to take part in some outstanding events, being a critical part of a fast moving and often unpredictable machine.

Your role will ensure the most efficient use of the CEO and COO’s time and you’ll be supporting those at the most senior level of the organisation. From email and diary management to managing staff communications, agendas and minutes for board meetings to filing, maintaining absolute discretion to prioritising the workload of the CEO and COO, there’s definitely never a dull moment to be had.

You might have guessed it by now but this role will have a mix of many disciplines. You’ll have to juggle PA responsibilities, HR Admin support, Office Manager duties and be a general all-round superhero. In return, we can guarantee that you’ll be working with a close-knit team who will always have your back and be ready to support you. You’ll be able to engage with a number of different disciplines and enjoy the wide programming of Arts and Cultures events we produce at JW3.

Sound good? Apply today and we’ll be in touch to discuss next steps!

MARKETING MANAGER

Looking for a job that lets you flex your creative muscles and get your hands dirty?

We can help you out. We’re looking for a top notch, creative and digitally savvy Marketing Manager, with a minimum of 5 years' experience, to report directly to the Director of Marketing & Sales.

You’ll be working on strategy, execution and analytics, following your campaigns from concept to reporting on your successes. We’re passionate about our brand and what we do, so we’re looking for someone just as engaged as we are with arts, culture, community and music. Ok, we’re looking for a unicorn. But we know you’re out there and we’d love to introduce you to our team and see if you’re the one we’ve been looking for to take our strategy to the next level.

The team is small (but deadly) with a top notch in house graphic designer and oodles of passion and skill. You'll be responsible for planning, implementing and measuring a wide range of integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand for our events, activities and services - in digital, print and more - and for creating engaging and effective content.

So what are you waiting for? Apply today and we’ll give you a call to discuss next steps. Trust us – this job is worth it.

JUNIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Let us help you launch your career.

Sound familiar? Then you might just be in the right place. Whether you want to specialise in digital marketing, Adwords, email marketing or good old generalist marketing, we’ve got an expert here ready to take you under their wing.

You’ll be helping to administer campaigns, and getting stuck right into paid advertising and social media; but don’t worry if you’ve only dipped your toes into the waters of marketing so far. We’re passionate about our brand and what we do, so we’re looking for someone just as engaged as we are with arts, culture, community and music. And once we’ve found them, we’ll train them up! From Google Squared to in-house training, we’ll make sure that you’ve got everything you need to succeed in this role and move forward.

FUNDRAISING MANAGER

We’re looking for a top-notch fundraising manager to join our dynamic and friendly team at JW3. From organising a fundraising event, meeting small or large-level donors or planning an annual appeal, you’ll need to be resilient, motivated and most of all – able to communicate with people at all levels of seniority.

You don’t need a background in fundraising to excel in this role, but you will need some knowledge of a sales process and the ability to nurture relationships. (You caught us – schmoozing is an important part of this role so in this case it’s an asset!) Sometimes it’s hard, and sometimes you’ll need enough motivation to get you through a tough day – but it’s always rewarding and with the right skills, your deservedly high expectations will be met head on in this role, every time.

In return, you’ll get to work with a dedicated and passionate team who will support you and your ideas wholeheartedly. You’ll get to develop and execute your own ideas and your own strategies for fundraising so the more ideas you can bring to the table the more you’ll thrive.
