Looking for a job that lets you flex your creative muscles and get your hands dirty?

We can help you out. We’re looking for a top notch, creative and digitally savvy Marketing Manager, with a minimum of 5 years' experience, to report directly to the Director of Marketing & Sales.

You’ll be working on strategy, execution and analytics, following your campaigns from concept to reporting on your successes. But we know you’re out there and we’d love to introduce you to our team and see if you’re the one we’ve been looking for to take our strategy to the next level.

The team is small (but deadly) with a top notch in house graphic designer and oodles of passion and skill. From organising a fundraising event, meeting small or large-level donors or planning an annual appeal, you’ll need to be resilient, motivated and most of all – able to communicate with people at all levels of seniority.

You don’t need a background in fundraising to excel in this role, but you will need some knowledge of a sales process and the ability to nurture relationships. (You caught us – schmoozing is an important part of this role so in this case it’s an asset!) Sometimes it’s hard, and sometimes you’ll need enough motivation to get you through a tough day – but it’s always rewarding and with the right skills, your deservedly high expectations will be met head on in this role, every time.

In return, you’ll get to work with a dedicated and passionate team who will support you and your ideas wholeheartedly. You’ll get to develop and execute your own ideas and your own strategies for fundraising so the more ideas you can bring to the table the more you’ll thrive.
