Head of Community Programming 

We’re looking for a great candidate to manage the communities programme here at JW3. You’ll be developing and managing an innovative, diverse and engaging year-round programme of activities, events, and opportunities for existing and new audiences across a variety of profiles for us as well as devising and implementing a new strategy for JW3’s engagement in a wider context.

From managing the delivery of volunteer programmes, social impact projects, children’s holiday schemes and third-party delivery through to developing the skills of your programmers; this is a varied role just calling out for someone who wants to make a real difference to our community.

A knowledge of, and passion for audience development in the sector is vital and you should also have a good track record in team performance management. If this sounds like you – then we want to hear from you!

Social Action & Volunteering Programmer

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to make a real difference in a brand new role at JW3. Working as part of the Community Programming Team, you will develop and implement programmes and projects for social action programming and volunteering within JW3. You will develop and grow our community of volunteers to ensure they feel a sense of ownership and empowerment, and manage and coordinate our volunteer community to ensure that JW3’s voluntary needs are met across the organisation. And you will develop and deliver an exciting and impactful year-round programme of social action projects, including taking a lead on Interfaith Programming, JW3’s Mitzvah Day activities, and much more.

You will need to be a real people person, and you will be working across a wide range of age groups at JW3, from teenagers to retired adults - and everyone in between. This is an exciting opportunity to increase and amplify the impact of social action and volunteer programming across our community.

CRM Executive

We’re looking for a talented up-and-coming CRM Executive to join our merry band of data-enthusiasts in the Marketing department at JW3.  

You’ll have full control and responsibility for managing our ticketing and database system, so a love of data will be really important. You’ll get to work in a varied, vibrant arts environment and with a team keen to support you to provide the best possible buying experience. Your role will also cross into maintaining our websites, so that you can monitor the customer journey all the way through.

This is definitely a hands-on role but in return, you’ll be making a real difference to our organisation and the wider community.

Legacy Fundraising Executive

A new exciting opportunity has come up for a Legacy Fundraising Executive with excellent communication and people skills to join our friendly, dedicated, and increasingly successful JW3 Development Team.  You may have worked in a charity legacy team before or in a private client or financial estate administration setting. You will build on JW3’s new Legacy fundraising campaign, launched in 2018, with a specific aim of increasing the awareness and therefore the number of people who sign up to leave JW3 a gift in their will. Through applying good judgement and legal knowledge, you will ensure the legacy income left to JW3 is properly received to ensure the maximum benefit for our beneficiaries.

Trust & Foundations Executive

A new, exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Trusts & Foundations Fundraiser with outstanding written communication skills to join our friendly, dedicated, and increasingly successful JW3 Development Team.

Reporting directly to the Development Director, you will be responsible for managing the application and reporting cycles for all existing and potential new Trusts and Foundations through skilled research, superb writing, timely grant applications, and appropriate monitoring and evaluation. If you’re a first-rate communicator who can develop and maintain positive relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders, then we’d love to talk to you.
