PA to CEO and COO

If you’re looking for a new role with a twist, then we want to talk to you!

We’re looking for a PA who’s willing (and able) to organise our CEO and COO – which we’ll be honest, can be a challenge at times. The role is fun, lively, and you’ll get the opportunity to take part in some outstanding events, being a critical part of a fast moving and often unpredictable machine.

Your role will ensure the most efficient use of the CEO and COO’s time and you’ll be supporting those at the most senior level of the organisation. From email and diary management to managing staff communications, agendas and minutes for board meetings to filing, maintaining absolute discretion to prioritising the workload of the CEO and COO, there’s definitely never a dull moment to be had.

You might have guessed it by now but this role will have a mix of many disciplines. You’ll have to juggle PA responsibilities, HR Admin support, Office Manager duties and be a general all-round superhero. In return, we can guarantee that you’ll be working with a close-knit team who will always have your back and be ready to support you. You’ll be able to engage with a number of different disciplines and enjoy the wide programming of Arts and Cultures events we produce at JW3.

Sound good? Apply today and we’ll be in touch to discuss next steps!
