Wednesday 29 April, 7.45pm
Dr Emily Simon with nutrition practitioners Anna & Charlotte from aceTRANSFORM
Wellbeing isn’t about extremes or trends - it’s about building habits that support you for life. This Women’s Health Series session focuses on what really underpins lasting health for women.
Led by Dr Emily and joined by personal trainers Anna & Charlotte from Ace Transform, we will explore how exercise supports physical health, mental wellbeing and confidence, alongside the roles that nutrition, sleep and recovery play.
We will also unpack the widely discussed weight-loss injections, exploring how these jabs work and what to consider before starting. Join this talk to feel informed, confident and empowered to make choices that support long-lasting wellbeing.
aceLIFESTYLE is a coaching business founded by Anna and Charlotte, experienced Personal Trainers and evidence-based Nutrition Practitioners who help women get fit, strong, and healthy for the long term. As the co-founders of aceTRANSFORM, they’re known for their practical, no-nonsense approach to training and nutrition, cutting through the noise to focus on simple habits, strength, and strategies that fit real life and actually last.
