We are a non-profit Jewish Community Centre based in London NW3.
We receive over 200,000 visits each year to our purpose-built centre that houses a Cinema, Restaurant, Bar, Café, Nursery, and over a dozen spaces where a year-round programme of over 6,000 activities takes place, including adult education, language classes, theatre, music performances, youth programmes, after-school activities, food & drink workshops and demonstrations, parties, ‘big name’ talks and debates, films, family programmes and more. We are always keen to hear from candidates who share our vision, mission and values as an organisation.

Mitzvah Day 2026 Project Administrator
(fixed-term, 12 weeks)
We are now looking for a Project Administrator to join our team and support with the delivery of Mitzvah Day 2026!
Mitzvah Day is a national Jewish-led day of social action that brings together communities, charities, schools, synagogues, faith groups and local organisations to make a positive difference.
Following its integration into JW3, Mitzvah Day 2026 will take place on Sunday 22 November and will involve hundreds of organisations and projects across the UK and beyond.
The Mitzvah Day 2026 Administrator will provide practical, administrative and coordination support to the Mitzvah Day Project Manager during the busiest period of the annual campaign.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is highly organised, accurate, patient and confident communicating with a wide range of people. The post-holder will help keep registrations, coordinator communications, data, resources, merchandise and events moving smoothly, ensuring that the Mitzvah Day Project Manager has effective administrative support during the peak delivery period.
