Esteban lives on a little Greek island where everyone enjoys a simple and happy life.
One day, Esteban blows into a shell and suddenly a goldfish appears from the ocean. Esteban catches the goldfish who then promises to fulfil all of Esteban’s wishes in return for his freedom. Esteban sets the fish free but when the island’s residents learn of the fish’s promise they start make wishes of their own, each one greedier than the last. Soon the Islanders simple lives and friendships are at risk. Can Esteban teach his neighbours to be content with their lot and in doing so, save his island?
