Jewish families in the UK are facing a dual challenge: rising physical antisemitic threats and a sharp increase in hate and harassment online. Children and young adults are especially vulnerable on platforms such as TikTok, Discord and gaming and messaging apps. This 2-hour, hands on workshop is designed for children, parents, and grandparents, stregnthening resilience across both the physical and digital worlds
1. Physical Safety & Awareness - Krav Maga Fundamentals (50 Minutes)
Participants learn practical, age-appropriate self-defence skills and situational awareness techniques. The session focuses on prevention, confidence, and simple actions that can be used in real-world situations.

2. Digital Safety & Online Resilience - Fighting Online Antisemitism (FOA) Workshop on Online Antisemitism (50 Minutes)
This interactive workshop gives families clear, platform-specific guidance on navigating antisemitism online while protecting emotional wellbeing.
- Identifying antisemitic content and harassment
- How to report and block effectively on major platforms
- Understanding privacy and safety settings
- Building emotional resilience after exposure to hate
Sessions are high-energy, inclusive, and designed to keep all age groups engaged.
By the end of the bootcamp, families will:
• Feel physically empowered with practical self-defence knowledge and increased awareness
• Be digitally confident Knowing how to recognise, report, and manage online hate
• Build emotional resilience with tools to process and respond to difficult experiences together
• Access ongoing support Including UK-based resources and community guidance
The bootcamp is for:
• Children aged 12 and above (in year 7)
• Parents and guardians
• Grandparents
The physical safety module will be led by London Krav Maga. Established in 1996, London Krav Maga was the first official Krav Maga school in the UK. Offering effective self-defence training at JW3 for the whole family. Classes and courses for adults, kids and women-only.
The digital safety module Fighting Online Antisemitism (FOA) mission is to prevent real-world violence against Jews by addressing it at its online roots. They offer workshops and online bootcamps to teach individuals how to identify and effectively report antisemitic content on social media.
