We're so sorry that you were unable to watch our Black Mitzvah event this evening in the quality that you would expect from JW3. Our team worked furiously behind the scenes to try and fix a technical issue that was completely out of our hands, and we were unable to get things back up and running quickly enough.
We are hugely disappointed, as we're sure you are too. So we will of course refund the cost of your tickets.
Fortunately we were able to record most of the event, and our first speakers have kindly agreed to re-record their speeches especially for you. We'll be sending you a link to this recording in the next few days, so that you can watch it in full HD quality - at no charge.
