JW3 is turning 13. And we’re celebrating with a building-wide party.
For one day only, JW3 comes alive with a festival of everything we do best, and you’re invited to experience it all.
Step inside and explore a packed programme of workshops, performances, and pop-up experiences happening throughout the building. From hands-on tasters to live moments you won’t want to miss, there’s something waiting around every corner.
And don’t miss the premiere performance of JW3’s Barmy Mitzvah. A brand-new show created especially for this milestone year, written by our vey own panto writer Nick Cassenbaum.
Your ticket gives you access to everything happening across the day, so you can dive in, try something new, and make the most of it from start to finish. (Food and drink available to purchase.)
Plus, hang out on the JW3 Beach, opening at the B'Mitzvah Party to start your summer in style.
We’ll be announcing more artists, sessions and special guests soon.
Whether you know JW3 well or are discovering it for the first time, this is your chance to experience the full energy of the building in one unforgettable day.
Arrive early. Stay late. Experience it all.
About JW3's Barmy Mitzvah
JW3’s Barmy Mitzvah is a gloriously chaotic Bar Mitzvah, a knockabout, character-packed party for the ages. Join our Bar Mitzvah boy as he navigates the most photographed day of his life… while stumbling through its most awkward transition.
Meet a cast of unforgettable characters: over-proud parents, a well-meaning rabbi, an over-excited party planner, and relatives he barely recognises but somehow still has to hug.
A 30-minute street-theatre show about overcoming fear, finding your voice, and stepping into a brand-new chapter of life. Featuring circus, clowning, live music, and plenty of audience interaction - because no Bar Mitzvah is complete without the guests getting involved.
Created by writer Nick Cassenbaum (Revenger After the Levoyah, Bubble Scmeisis and writer of JW3’S Jewish Pantomimes) and director Orit Azaz (NoFit State Circus, Imagineer Productions).
