Join us for Tai Chi & Chai Tea, a unique wellness event designed to cultivate and harmonise mind and body through gentle and flowing movements. Begin with a warm cup of chai tea and social in our Café, then transition into a Tai Chi Chaun taster session.
Immerse yourself in the flowing, meditative movements of Tai Chi Chaun, an ancient Chinese art that promotes flexibility, coordination, strength, and balance. No prior experience is necessary - this session is for everyone!
Our instructor, a member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain, will guide you through the basics in a welcoming and supportive environment. It's the perfect way to nourish both your body and mind while meeting new people.
Wear loose, comfy clothes and bring a water bottle (which can be refilled here). We also have lockers and showers available if you wish to change before/after the class.
