Move, connect, and explore in a welcoming and creative space.
Led by Yael Flexer, Artistic Director of Flexer & Sandiland, these intergenerational movement classes are open to adults of all ages and abilities, whether you're new to movement or have previous dance experience.
Each session invites you to tune into your body, develop body awareness, and build confidence through playful improvisation, guided exercises, and gentle movement exploration. Alongside developing technical and creative skills, these sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to connect socially, move with freedom, and experience the joy of dance.
There will also be exciting opportunities to perform, including a community performance at Maison Dieu, Dover’s historic town hall on 12 November 2025, and a potential London performance in May 2026. More information can be found here.
