JW3 is a non-profit Jewish Community Centre based in London NW3, open to all, regardless of race, religion, belief, gender, sexuality, ability or age.

We receive over 200,000 visits each year to our purpose-built centre that houses a Cinema, Restaurant, Bar, Café, Nursery, and over a dozen spaces where a year-round programme of over 6,000 activities takes place, including adult education, language classes, theatre, music performances, youth programmes, after-school activities, food & drink workshops and demonstrations, parties, ‘big name’ talks and debates, films, family programmes and more. We are a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee.

Director of Programme & Impact

The Director of Programme & Impact is a key role in our Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility for ensuring that JW3’s programming is of the highest quality, reflecting the organisation’s vision, values and ambitions. You will drive the ongoing development of the programming strategy, and will lead the Programming Team who create, curate and deliver the programmes in support of our mission.

The People Director is a new role at JW3 that has been created to drive the strategic people agenda of this diverse and vibrant charity. You will develop and manage a successful and appropriate HR function that will ensure all JW3 staff are best supported in order to achieve our ambitious goals, including working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to create a healthy, positive and high performing organisational culture.

Gateways Administrator

JW3’s Gateways programme provides an integrated service to vulnerable young people, including academic and vocational courses, pastoral care and life skills training. We are committed to the holistic development of every student, at every stage of their journey through the programme.

Nursery Nurse (Bright Horizons Nursery)

We are currently recruiting for a passionate Nursery Nurse to join our wonderful JW3 Finchley Road Day Nursery and Preschool. Our nursery is situated in London.

Our 86-place nursery are proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’. The nursery is well equipped with specialist studios such as IT and a science lab. We feature a fantastic rooftop garden which provides lots of outdoor learning activities for the children!

Our nursery is just a 3 minute walk from Finchley Road and Frognal Overground station and a 10 minute walk from the Underground station. There are also a number of bus routes, which pass the nursery.
