Following our sell-out screening of No 6 in the film series on the Syrian Jewish Community, JW3 and HARIF are proud to present the final part in the series, The Rescue of the Jews of Syria.

This documentary describes the harsh and restrictive life of the Jews who were still trapped in Syria in the 1970s, the international human rights response to their plight and how the Sephardi community in Brooklyn came together to free the remaining few thousand Jews, leading to their release in the 1990s.
