Life rarely gives us a clean pause between one chapter and the next. Between Chapters: Re-imagining the Road Ahead creates that pause - an intentional space to step back, reflect and re-imagine what comes next.

Through guided creative exercises, you will explore your values, clarify the direction you want to move in the world and reconnect with what feels meaningful to you. Rather than rushing toward answers, the session invites you to creatively and intentionally map out who you are becoming.

During the taster session, participants will explore these questions using a sequence of creative tasks, including:

Guided visualisation
Creative prompts
Collaging and creating a collection of images to guide your road ahead

What You’ll Learn:
By the end of the session, participants will gain: Greater clarity about what matters to them at this moment A feeling of being more connected to yourself as you move forward Language or images that help you describe where you are and where you might go next

Who It’s For:
This taster session is for anyone who feels they are between chapters - finishing one phase of life (perhaps of the year too? Where one stage is coming to an end, and what’s next isn’t clear yet’) and not yet ready to define the next - and who would like a guided and creative way to reflect and re-imagine the road ahead. No artistic experience is needed: the emphasis is on the process.
