Celebrating Bukharian Food: A Cooking Class

Lilian will share the stories behind her mother's recipes, treasured dishes that were never written down but have now been lovingly recorded in her book for future generations.

Enjoy a menu featuring Dushpara, the vegetarian option. This classic ravioli- or tortellini-style pasta is filled with mushrooms and served in a rich tomato, mushroom, and chickpea broth. Watch as Lilian demonstrates how it's made, listen to the stories behind the recipe, and, of course, savour the delicious results. 

You will also recieve a signed copy of Lilian's book, Miriam's Kitchen.

There are two sessions to choose from, beginning at 2.30pm and 7.15pm. 

Please note the food is Kosher but not supervised.
