Introducing Lilian Cordell, Jewish chef and author of Miriam’s Table

Sharing with you the stories from her mother’s recipes that were never written, and now lovingly noted down in her book for the next generation.

A menu of Dushpara, the vegetarian, option. This is the classic ravioli or tortellini with mushrooms then cooked in a delicious tomato, mushroom and chickpea broth. Watch how it is made and listen to the stories and of course taste the delicious result, in our demo kitchen.

Please note the food is Kosher but not supervised.
