Tracy is the Chief Revenue Officer for JW3. Prior to JW3, Tracy was Chief Executive of artsdepot, the award-winning arts centre in North London, for over a decade. Tracy has over 25 years’ experience in the third sector including six years as Head of Programming & Marketing at The Royal Albert Hall, as well as fundraising roles at Marie Curie Cancer Care, Cancer Research Campaign and Jewish Care. Tracy currently Chairs the Musical Theatre Network a membership organisation for producers and venues focused on the professional development and staging of new UK musicals; and is a founder-member of the national network Future Art Centres.
