Oleg Sidorchik

Oleg Sidorchik (Belarus/UK) graduated from the Belarusian Theatre Institute in 1983 with a degree in theatre and film acting. He has appeared in more than 100 stage productions and 30 films. He spent 19 years at the Minsk Theatre for Young Audiences, where he was a leading actor. Since 2005, he has been a leading actor with Belarus Free Theatre (BFT). He has lived in London since 2011.
Oleg has a longstanding collaboration with director Vladimir Shcherban, playing leading roles in his productions, including Being Harold Pinter and King Lear, which premiered at Shakespeare’s Globe in London as part of the Globe to Globe Festival during the Cultural Olympiad.
