Eszter is the Director of People and Culture at JW3, where she is responsible for creating and delivering the organisation’s people strategy, ensuring that people practices and initiatives reflect its vision and values. She has 12 years of experience in HR, with a focus on the charity sector - including learning disabilities and women's aid. Her areas of expertise include values-based recruitment, employee relations, and staff management and development. She is particularly passionate about fostering an empathetic and inclusive culture in which people feel fulfilled, valued, and supported.
