Krav Maga

Krav Maga is widely recognised as the world’s most effective form of self-defence.
Originating in Israel, it was created in the belief that we all have the right to walk in peace. Our courses will give participants the skills and experience to do just that. It is fun, quick to learn and easy to retain.

It is particularly useful in practical situations, and will keep you fit. London Krav Maga was established in 1996 and is affiliated with the official Krav Maga Global (KMG) based in Netanya, Israel.
