Booking and Security Fees
About our booking fee
Our booking fee goes towards the infrastructure required to sell tickets and process payments, this includes Box Office staffing, ticket delivery, database costs etc. We add a £2 booking fee to orders that contain paid tickets.
About our security levy
For the last decade, we have made our home a safe space where Jewish culture and conversation continue to be loud and proud. Since 7 October our security costs have risen to c.£600,000 per year, of which we need to fundraise £400,000-£450,000. Whilst some of our security is clearly visible to you (eg the security officers at the entrances), much of it is not – security personnel and infrastructure that is vital to ensure everyone’s safety. These unfortunate costs enable us to offer our high-quality programmes, events, and charitable activities safely. We add a £1.50 security levy only to orders that contain paid tickets. This helps make a modest contribution to our essential security costs.
Orders which contain only free tickets, purchases of a membership or donations will not be charged any fees.
