As a new Jewish year begins, what are the major issues affecting Jewish life in the UK, and what should the community’s main strategic priorities looking forward?

Dr Jonathan Boyd, Executive Director of the highly respected Institute for Jewish Policy Research (JPR), takes us through some of the most insightful recent data, to paint a unique empirical portrait of the UK Jewish community, and the opportunities and challenges it faces. The journey promises to touch on a wide range of issues, including how to build and sustain the Jewish identity of young people; which forms of Jewishness are most likely to win out over time, and how secure is the Jewish community in this country?

JW3 Chief Executive Officer, Raymond Simonson, will be posing his own questions, and inviting you to add your queries, thoughts, comments. We can’t promise to solve all of the community’s problems in one evening, but we’ll give it a go.
