The turbulent history of the Jews in the Diaspora covers border, eras and epochs.

This four week course will choose crisis years which determined Jewish fate. Beginning with the expulsion from Spain in 1492 we will conclude with those three extraordinary years from the liberation of the camps to the creation of Israel.

Trudy is a world renowned educator in Holocaust and anti-racism. Trudy is a former chief executive of the London Jewish Cultural Centre, which merged with JW3 in 2015.

She was the editor of the resource Lessons of the Holocaust, distributed to more than 3,000 schools and a founding member of the British delegation of what is now the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance.
