She Moves - A mindful movement class for women

This movement class is designed and intended for all women who want to find joy in movement. We will uncover new ways to move, stretch, think and re-enjoy our bodies using mindfulness, creative movement and dance techniques. Find freedom in your body, without judgement or expectation. No prior experience is required, just bring yourself and your love for movement! Babies welcome and a chance to meet new mothers and make friends!

Hypnobirthing

Our 4-hour complete Hypnobirthing course focuses on Hypnobirthing techniques – breathing, deep relaxation and visualization – to maximise your chances of having a calm, comfortable labour and birth, with as little pain as possible (or no pain at all!). It will also teach you the importance of positive thinking and how to build your confidence and overcome your fears surrounding childbirth – crucial elements to help towards a calm birth.
