Mindfulness for Young Professionals

For those in their 20s and 30s.
In these sessions specifically designed for young professionals in their 20’s and 30’s Dana will first talk about how her clients are using Mindfulness to get the edge on the competition by optimising their greatest asset: their talent. She will then give practical advice for young professionals, to help us beat work stress and be more productive, fulfilled as well as happier in our work-life. Each session will be held on a Monday 19:00-20:30 (March 6, 13 & 20) and will include practical and innovative Mindfulness tools relevant for:
● Self Regulation : Combating Stress, Anxiety and Burnout
● Happiness : Controlling Mind Wandering and Self Judgement
● Focus and Attention : Mindful Meetings, Phoning and Emailing
● Productivity and Time Management : Multitasking vs. Unitasking
● Mindful Communication : Developing Empathy and Compassion
● Living with Intention : Managing ‘Automatic Pilot‘ and Daily Routines

Dana Zelicha is an Organisational Psychologist , Executive Coach and a Lecturer for ‘Mindful Leadership’ and ‘Organisational Well Being’ at the IDC Herzliya in Israel (see link to Game Changers
article). Dana is also the founder of OWBA - The Well Being Agency , a boutique well being consultancy, engaging in peak performance of global leaders in today’s fast-paced business environment. Her clients
include McKinsey, Citibank, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Zara. Dana holds MSc in Social and Organisational Psychology from the LSE (London School of Economics), as well as MBA with a concentration in Marketing from IDC Herzliya and BA in Psychology and Management from Ben Gurion University.
