Are there are just not enough hours in the day to get everything done, and no time to pause and appreciate it? Then this is the course for you.  Join us for this unique mindfulness series, specifically aimed at Young Professionals where you will learn practical skills to increase your work-effectiveness, emotional resilience and overall well-being. 

Introduction to Mindfulness
Find out what mindfulness is, why it has become so popular and how it could help you live a life you love.  We will include some Mindful Eating exercises as well as basic meditation practices. 

Session 2:
Managing Stress
Tips and practices to help manage the stress of every day life and help to manage emotional overwhelm.

Session 3:
Taking care of our selves
Why are we so bad at making time for ourselves? How can we be better and what can we do once we make the time? This session will help us to remove the guilt around self-care and work out whats needed to be the best versions of ourselves.

Jo Kaye is an accredited mindfulness coach and has many years of meditation behind her.  Her life has been profoundly enhanced by the practice of mindfulness, especially in relation to managing the stresses of work and family. For more information on Jo you can visit her website.
