She Moves - A mindful movement class for women

This movement class is designed and intended for all women who want to find joy in movement. We will uncover new ways to move, stretch, think and re-enjoy our bodies using mindfulness, creative movement and dance techniques. Find freedom in your body, without judgement or expectation. No prior experience is required, just bring yourself and your love for movement! Babies welcome and a chance to meet new mothers and make friends!
What can you expect?
- We will increase our awareness of the body and of the space around it, learning how to use our body’s flexibility to fully perform whatever it is we want to do.
- We will breathe and focus inwards.
- We will improve our ability to move between different physical positions, through a process of guided exercises.
- We will meet new mothers and make friends!
