Bringing to life an ancient but thriving cuisine, Silvia will demonstrate dishes from her new book Jewish Flavours of Italy. Recipes include world-renowned carciofi alla Giudia (Roman-Jewish style fried artichokes), zuppa imperiale di Pesach (chicken and beef soup with Italian-style matzah balls), delicious Roman abbacchio brodettato (lamb cutlets with a lemon and egg sauce), a delicate carrot and almond cake and Silvia’s charoset.
