Duration: 70 mins + Q&A

In conjunction with 45 Aid Society.

Sir Ben Helfgott, a Holocaust survivor turned Olympic weightlifter and a national treasure, has inspired thousands of people, students, opinion leaders and politicians with his extraordinary story.

But who is the person behind this history? His son Maurice sets out on a mission to unearth and capture the essence of his father, searching for the core values that have shaped his own identity. Has he set himself an impossible task? This is an intimate family portrait of an extraordinary man, with universal appeal.

Q&A after the film, chaired by Marcel Knobil (UKJF Board member) with Director and Film maker Guy Natanel, Producer Laura Granditer and Maurice Helfgott.
